Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Rombos website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation with an order number. This confirms we've received your order — all orders are subject to acceptance and to the items being in stock. If we can't fulfil an item, we'll contact you and arrange an alternative or a refund of any amount paid.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery, and any other methods shown at checkout. We take care to price everything correctly; in the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatching your order.

Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with courier schedules and location.

Returns

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged as described on our Shipping & Returns page.

Product information

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from your screen, and packaging or design details may change between batches.

Intellectual property

The Rombos name, logo, and the content of this website are our property and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability

Our foil balloons are decorative party products. Please keep them away from small children and open flames, and follow any safety notes on the packaging. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
