Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted couriers (Daewoo FastEx and Leopards Courier).

Delivery charges

• Flat delivery charge: Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan

The same charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your city. Orders are processed on working days; during peak seasons delivery may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery

You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) — simply hand the cash to the courier when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Tracking your order

We keep you updated on WhatsApp at each step. Once your parcel is dispatched by courier, we share a tracking number so you can follow it online.

Returns & exchanges

Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or exchange.

As foil balloons are inflatable party items, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or wrong items.
