How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add what you like to your cart, then go to checkout and enter your name, phone number and delivery address. You'll get an order confirmation right away.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Rombos uses quick guest checkout — you only need a name, phone number and address to order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you simply pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered. No advance payment needed.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver across Pakistan through couriers (Daewoo FastEx and Leopards Courier), usually within 2–5 working days.
How much is delivery?
A flat Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We keep you updated on WhatsApp, and once your parcel is dispatched by courier we share a tracking number so you can follow it online.
Do you offer bulk or 10-pack pricing?
Yes — most of our foil balloon sets are available as a single set or a value 10-pack at a lower per-unit price, ideal for event planners and resellers.
Are the foil balloons reusable?
Our foil letter balloons inflate with either air or helium. They can be gently deflated after use and re-inflated for another occasion.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or exchange. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
